Promotion and Expansion Round Off Record Year for Fairhurst Buckley.

Following a record year for South Manchester’s largest and most experienced team of Chartered Surveyors, Commercial Property Experts and RICS Registered Valuers, Fairhurst Buckley has announced the promotion of Allen Tiplady to Associate Director and the recruitment of a new full-time graduate.

Allen joined the company in January 2023 and has since played a central role in driving significant growth in Commercial Property Management fee income and client accounts, while also refining internal processes and enhancing service delivery.

Managing Director Nigel Blyth praised Allen’s contribution, saying:
“Allen’s promotion is thoroughly deserved. He has been instrumental in identifying opportunities to cross-sell property services across departments, supported by colleagues in both the Estates and Finance teams. The success of the CPM service over the past three years shows how our departments work together as one team — a key aim since the merger of Fairhurst Estates and Buckley Commercial in March 2020.
“Allen’s growing social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, has also helped promote the business and communicate our comprehensive range of property services to existing clients while attracting new partners.
“We look forward to expanding our CPM service further in 2026 and beyond.”

Supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy, Fairhurst Buckley has also strengthened its team with the appointment of full-time graduate Harry Trainor. Harry first joined the firm for a short period of work experience, which developed into a three-month fixed-term contract and has now progressed into a full Graduate Training position. He is on track to become a fully Chartered Surveyor.
