Strategic Hire Strengthens Commercial Property Management Team.

Fairhurst Buckley, the leading Stockport-based commercial property consultancy and agency and the largest firm of RICS Chartered Surveyors in South Manchester, has made a key addition to its growing team.

Peter Flood has joined the firm’s Commercial Property Management department, bringing with him over 22 years of industry experience and a strong track record in operational leadership and portfolio growth.

Peter previously spent more than 11 years as Operations Manager for Property Management at Philip James Partnership, where he was instrumental in scaling the portfolio from 150 to over 2,200 properties. More recently, he ran his own property management business, focusing on refurbishment projects and delivering end-to-end management services.

The appointment is a strategic move for Fairhurst Buckley, underscoring the company’s continued expansion and commitment to investing in top-tier talent, even amid a highly competitive recruitment market.
