- Demanding tenant insurance (if required)
- Collection and banking of rents to an agreed procedure via client accounts
- Direct contact with tenants in accordance with client instructions
- Credit control system to ensure payment terms are adhered to
- In-house procedure for late payments, including appointment of certified bailiffs and appropriate court action
- Monthly reporting tailored to client requirements
- Rent deposit account to hold tenants’ deposits if required
- Periodic property inspections and reports tailored to client requirements
- Service charge administration if required
