Rick Clarke

Rick brings a wealth of knowledge to Fairhurst Buckley having clocked up 20 years in the design, construction and inspection of buildings.

As an Associate Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS), a Member of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers (MCABE) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists (MCIAT), he has worked at a number of large multi-disciplinary firms in Manchester and architectural practices on a number of high- profile projects as well as commercial and residential building surveying.

Rick’s experience of Home Surveys reinforces Fairhurst Buckley’s position in the domestic market where his responsibilities extend to residential Level 3 Building Surveys and Level 2 Homebuyers Surveys.
