With over 22 years in the property industry (and counting!), Pete brings a wealth of experience to the Commercial Property Management team – especially when it comes to keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

He spent over 11 years as Operations Manager for Property Management at Philip James Partnership, where he played a key role in growing the portfolio from 150 properties to more than 2,200. After that, Pete launched his own business, focusing on project managing refurbishments and all things property management.

Outside the office, life doesn’t slow down much either. Pete loves spending time with his wife and two children, whether it’s out on a countryside walk, catching a film, or discovering new restaurants. He’s also a fan of travel, cooking, and getting together with friends.

But when it’s time for a bit of “me time,” music takes centre stage. Pete plays the drums and is learning guitar and keyboards – modestly claiming he’s “not very good but getting better.” Luckily, the neighbours aren’t disturbed, thanks to the recording studio he built in his garden. It’s the perfect spot to crank up the volume and produce music. And when he’s not making music, he’s often out enjoying live gigs.

Recently he’s been diving into LIFE, Keith Richards’ autobiography – a fitting read for someone who clearly knows how to rock both in work and play.
