Nigel Blyth

Years and years of experience has taken Nigel to the head of the boardroom table. As Managing Director at Fairhurst Buckley, Nigel is responsible for everything, but his specialism is in providing strategic property asset management advice for corporate occupiers, owners, and investors.

A former Estates Manager for National Tyre Service, an Estates Surveyor for Norwich Union Fund Management, many years’ experience as an Agency Surveyor & Management Surveyor in private practice, Property Asset Surveyor for North West Water, Co-Founder and Co-Director of Fairhurst Estates as was since 2002, Nigel is a jack of multiple property trades and master of many!

His love of riding his motorcycle would be topped only by riding across Route 66 on a Harley Davidson. Nigel describes himself as an “enthusiastic but largely talentless” CrossFitter who likes to compete in the annual CrossFit Games and local “throwdowns”.
