Neil Jones

Neil’s background in engineering and facilities services has made him an invaluable asset when it comes to addressing customer queries and supporting the helpdesk with compliance and maintenance services.

Over the course of his career, he has honed his ability to deliver exceptional customer service, working with both external clients and long-standing customers in the commercial property sector.

Outside of his professional life, Neil has a passion for making music and is involved in music production. He also enjoys indulging his taste buds and discovering unique and weird travel destinations. While the Cook Islands may not be considered a “weird” destination, it tops his bucket list of places to visit, and he jokes that once he arrives, he may never want to leave – and who could blame him?

In his younger days, Neil had a passion for cricket and even played alongside famous names like Freddie Flintoff and James Anderson for Lancashire. He has fond memories of playing at Old Trafford, where one of his highlights was serving as a runner for the senior players during test matches.

When Neil isn’t busy with work or planning his next adventure, he enjoys unwinding with a good book. He recommends Jigsaw Man by Paul Britton, describing it as a “scary good read” that keeps him on the edge of his seat.
