Michael Donohoe

Michael is an Associate Director in the business and has recently joined the Building Consultancy team. He is a surveyor of over 25 years’ experience having been elected to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1996. Michael’s previous roles include senior positions in national property and real estate consultancies including Gerald Eve LLP, Lambert Smith Hampton, Capita and Cassidy and Ashton.

Specialisms include building surveying, access consultancy, project management and dilapidations.

Away from work, Michael’s hobbies are cycling and running, and he likes to do hands-on volunteering for outdoor landscaping projects. His most recent one been completing a grotto for his local church as well as helping with a retreat centre in Anglesey north Wales. With two adult daughters who now have flown the nest, he can make the most of his Irish roots and regularly visits his relatives back in Ireland to unwind, have a pint of Guinness and roll up his sleeves to help on the family farm.
