David Buckley

Having notched up over 35 years’ experience in the sector, David has unrivalled knowledge of the local commercial property market. In 1995, he set up Buckley Commercial Property Agents, in his hometown of Stockport, a well-respected name that soon became synonymous in providing straight talking property advice and delivering excellence in service to a loyal client base throughout the South Manchester area.

In March 2020 Buckley Commercial merged with national Chartered Surveyors and property management company Fairhurst Estates, also based in Stockport, to form Fairhurst Buckley which now provides a broad range of commercial property services. As well as fulfilling his Director’s role, David heads up the Agency Team within the business and drives business development.

David and his two sons can often be found fishing, kayaking, camping, watching and playing football or walking in the countryside with their family dog. David is also an FA Level 1 Football Coach and thoroughly enjoys managing/coaching junior football.
