Outside of work, Carla enjoys walking and exploring a variety of cuisines, often seeking out unique dining experiences. Despite her adventurous palate, it may still surprise you to know she has a particular fondness for a Vindaloo!

A fan of the TV series Friends, Carla recently enjoyed reading Matthew Perry’s autobiography. However, her ultimate dream is to win the lottery, which would allow her to embark on a journey to India and savour an authentic Vindaloo in its homeland.
