Our History.

The fusion of two long established and highly respected property advisory firms in March 2020, saw the formation of Fairhurst Buckley.

Fairhurst Estates Limited (established in Stockport in 2002 by Nigel Blyth and John Thornley) provided a broad range of surveying, valuation, property management services and strategic property advice to corporate companies, charitable organisations, and private individuals throughout the UK, specialising in the Automotive and Roadside Property Market.

Buckley Commercial (established in Stockport in 1995 by David Buckley) offered specialist commercial property agency services that primarily focused on the sale and letting of industrial, retail and office property in Stockport, South Manchester and the surrounding areas.

The merger of the two firms was based on the founding Directors’ shared vision of offering the highest quality professional property advice, with honesty and integrity, and delivering on its promises to all clients, both large and small.
