Senior Residential Surveyor

We have a great opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor to lead and develop our residential sector service lines.

Key duties

• Undertaking residential homebuyers and building surveys.
• Business development to manage and grow the service offering

 Key skills

• AssocRICS or MRICS qualified
• Registered Valuer status (preferred but not essential)
• Good interpersonal skills - can work in a team and also under own initiative
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A professional, positive, ambitious and enthusiastic attitude
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
